The Founder and President of Heinrich Construction is William Randall (Randy) Heinrich.
A lifelong Westside resident, Randy was born and raised in Santa Monica and began his business in June of 1971 upon graduating from Santa Monica High School. Working as a sole mason with a tender and laborer while attending UCLA, Randy graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural Engineering from UCLA. He expanded his business to include crews of various sizes and completed a wide range of projects. Randy incorporated the Company in 1977. Gail Heinrich joined in 1980 as Co-owner and Secretary/Treasurer, overseeing office operations.
The mission of Heinrich Construction is to give our customers the highest quality of workmanship and the finest in personal service. We are proud to offer a complete service specializing in exterior renovations. Mr. Heinrich personally directs and inspects the work to maintain our high standards of quality and carefully selects crew supervision to make certain all jobs will proceed on schedule. Randy and Gail answer the company phone line days and evenings making it easy to contact them. We own and operate our own equipment, reducing the need to rely on subcontractors' schedules. When they are needed, we have good working relationships with reliable and competitive subcontractors who meet our high standards.
We also pride ourselves in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers. Many of our customers call us to return and do additional work knowing they will get the highest quality work at a fair price.
