William Randall (Randy) Heinrich - Founder and President

A lifelong Westside resident, Randy was born and raised in Santa Monica and began his business in June of 1971 upon graduating from Santa Monica High School. Working as a sole mason with a tender and laborer while attending UCLA, Randy graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural Engineering from UCLA.  He expanded his business to include crews of various sizes and completed a wide range of projects.  Randy incorporated the Company in 1977. Gail Heinrich joined in 1980 as Co-owner and Secretary/Treasurer, overseeing office operations.

The mission of Heinrich Construction is to give our customers the highest quality of workmanship and the finest in personal service. Throughout the years we have done many projects in many trades and job sizes that varied from the small to the very large.  For the past 15 to 20 years we have concentrated primarily on masonry.  Our association with Dee Johnson has allowed us to offer a complete service specializing in the design-build of entire exterior renovations.  In addition, we have been increasing our focus on all water features including fountains, waterfalls, and koi ponds.  Mr. Johnson has been instrumental in the design of some of our projects.

Mr. Heinrich personally directs and inspects the work in the field to maintain our high standards of quality and carefully selects crew supervision to make certain all jobs will proceed on schedule. The principals of the Company are readily accessible both days and evenings and many customers use our field personnel's pager and mobile numbers for contact as needed. We own and operate our own equipment (dump truck, bobcats, concrete pump, etc.), reducing the need to rely on subcontractors' schedules. When they are needed, we have good working relationships with reliable and competitive subcontractors who meet our high standards.

We also pride ourselves in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers. Many of our customers call us to return and do additional work, without competitive bid, knowing they will get the highest quality work at a fair price.
